How we work
Submit design
Use the simple layout designer to create an order for cut-to-size cabinetry and hardware then submit with one click.
Accept order
Once we have reviewed and accepted* the order and you have paid the deposit the job will be scheduled.
Materials
Once scheduled, we will order the materials for your job. Some items arrive overnight and others can take up to a week.
Production
Once all materials arrive, your job enters the queue and takes 5 working days on average** to complete production.
Payment
You can pay at Cutshop® when collecting your job. If you have selected a delivery option, payment needs to be made before dispatch. We accept EFTPOS, Internet transfer or Credit Card.
Delivery
We will contact you when your job is ready for collection or dispatch. Collection times are Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm, unless otherwise arranged.
* We reserve the right to contact you to discuss your requirements before accepting the order.

Our factory is your factory. We have capacity to support the cutting and edge banding jobs you can’t manage when you're running at full capacity and we're a lifeline when your equipment breaks down or is in need of maintenance. We can also contract all your manufacturing if you don’t want to fund and manage equipment, premises and employing extra people.
