Glass-fronted kitchen cabinet
Paul and Sandy Munro wanted to build a bespoke glass-fronted kitchen cabinet to display their china. Paul googled and spoke to a few kitchen and cabinet manufacturing companies. Those companies couldn’t help but one of them recommended Cutshop.
Paul spoke to Dave Sutherland at Cutshop North Shore and arranged to bring in his drawings.
“I can’t speak highly enough of Cutshop. I drew up the plans and Dave gave me some bits of advice on construction which worked out very well. One of the nice things was that throughout the whole experience nothing was too much trouble.”
Paul is no stranger to DIY but wanted this job done by a professional. He was very happy with the price and even happier with the precision cutting and 10-day turnaround from initial conversation to fully finished unit.
When they saw the pricing, they decided to add to the order and get a couple of laundry wall units cut at the same time.
Since then Paul and Sandy have had a stone-top bathroom vanity unit cut by the North Shore team and they are delighted with that job too. “Cutshop’s expertise and accuracy are brilliant,” said Paul.
“The vanity unit had to be cut to exact measurements — there was no room for error. It fits perfectly in the small space between two walls and an end wall and the quality is excellent. I’ll definitely be using Cutshop again.”
