How to Update Tools & Settings

You can update your details any time through the portal’s “Account Settings” section. Here, you can select whether or not you’d like to give your local Cutshop® manufacturer access to your account - which can be useful if you ever experience any technical issues or require support during the ordering process.

In the “Product Defaults” tab, you can choose to apply defaults across your account - a great option if you’re likely to submit similar orders through our online portal repeatedly. Here, you can opt for default hinge styles, drawer styles, cabinet tops, product supply methods, materials, colours, and more - saving you time on future orders. 

You’ll also find your “Favourites” library under your account settings - where you can update your saved products as needed to suit your projects on an ongoing basis.  

Reordering

Once you’ve ordered through our online portal once, we expect your reordering experience to be a breeze! Here are a few things to keep in mind as you become a frequent user of our online portal:

• All of your jobs can be found on your account homepage. The icons alongside each job enable you to edit, copy and delete jobs as needed - and download job documents at the click of a button.

• To create a new job, simply follow the steps provided in this series - keeping in mind that you can save time on all future orders by making use of our “Favourites” feature and “Product Default” settings.
